Pavlos Kiriakis
A culinary talent shaped in Athens, Pavlos Kiriakis began his career at *Spondi (2 Michelin)**, working alongside acclaimed chefs such as Arnaud Bignon, Eric Frechon, and Michel Del Burgo.
His journey continued through iconic 3 Michelin restaurants* across Europe and the U.S., including Pierre Gagnaire (Paris), Benu (San Francisco), Azurmendi (Bilbao), Flocons de Sel (Megève), and Enoteca Pinchiorri (Florence).
From 2016 to 2019, he led the kitchen at Lycabettus Restaurant (Andronis Group, Santorini), earning honors like the Golden Hat Award and 2 FNL Stars.
From 2019 to 2024, he acted as Executive Chef at The Zillers Athens Boutique Hotel, earning a Michelin star in 2022. Today, he brings his vision to Kykloi by Priceless, crafting dishes that connect flavor, story, and soul.
